How did Burswood Trophies come about?

We have been involved with various sporting clubs for over 30 years and have 1st hand experience at what is required from a customer point of view in ordering awards.

In 2000 we purchased an existing trophy business and changed the name to Burswood Trophies.

Starting in 2000, Burswood Trophies has prided itself on quality service and reliability with attention to detail on every order. With a growing client base for over 20 years we believe customer service is paramount. We have always had orders ready at the agreed time.

How does the business perform if the client isn’t happy?

Not that we have had many unhappy or dissatisfied customers, but occasionally there is a problem. We like to resolve these quickly and to the satisfaction of all parties because we know our customers have better things to do with their time.

Who runs the business?

The business is a family affair owned and run by husband and wife team of Mick and Charmaine Rogers and their dedicated staff.

When it comes to engraving everything is completed in house ie laser engraving, dye sublimation, glass etching, hand engraving and full colour glass printing.

With a growing list of customers, most of which come to us from other customers recommendations. Repeat clients make up over 90% of our total customer base.
