Delivery fees are calculated at checkout depending on your order total. Delivery charges are for Standard Road delivery utilising a variety of couriers. If you would like your order sent Express, please make comments in the Notes section.

We deliver Australia wide.

Our turn around time depends greatly on what you order. We carry an extensive amount of stock, however with such a huge range, we may not have exactly what you are after. We order regularly from our suppliers to ensure we can fulfil orders promptly, but if you are needing something in a really tight time frame, just contact us and we will do everything we can to make it happen. We can order stock overnight, manufacture trophies in house or possibly substitute with something similar that we have in stock. We’re always happy to help so please contact us and we will do our best to meet your deadline.
Please be aware that during our busy times March to May and August to December dispatch will be longer than normal.

Yes. Your tracking number should be on your emailed invoice that you received when your order was completed. If you cannot find your tracking number, please get in touch and we will forward it on to you.

Absolutely! Orders can be picked up at our showroom at Unit 5, 285 Great Eastern Hwy in Burswood. Our opening hours are Mon – Fri 9am to 5pm and Saturday 9am to 12.30pm.

Definitely! We love to incorporate a logo into every award we produce. We believe it makes it much more significant and appealing to the recipient. Plus it’s a great way of promoting your business or club! Just choose the option of adding a logo in the ordering process.
